Our
Latest Projects
Landscapes should be functional, beautiful, and provide ecological value. We will not present a design unless all three of these principles are met.
Bridges Golf Course
This project transformed a long-neglected landscape by removing tons of old material, adding topsoil, laying weed mats, and applying premium mulch, followed by a naturalistic redesign using exclusively native Wisconsin plants. In the fall, we’ll seed 70,000 square feet of the golf course with prairie mix to enhance beauty and address drainage issues with deep-rooted species.

The Fellers Residence
This client wanted a facelift on the front, and a full lawn replacement in the back. We re-did the front mulch bed, and installed a shade garden throughout the back.

The Gutman Residence
This client loves native plants and wanted to replace a portion of their front yard with prairie. We seeded a section along the driveway, and planted in a mulch bed around the front of the house.

Projects in Progress
These projects are still in the design phase. Installation will begin later this summer and into the fall for seeding.
Fairfield Hills Golf Course
In fall we will be seeding 45,000 sqft of native prairie throughout the course to add ecological value, complexity, and beauty to the course.

The Lawrence Residence
With kids getting older and life keeping busy, this client wanted to reduce the maintenence of their property, add some privacy, and create a more inviting outdoor living space.
We added two front garden beds for privacy, with one shaped into a knoll for vertical interest. In back, we created a meadow perimeter with native grasses and forbs, along with a bistro seating area and space for a raised vegetable garden.

The Schuh Residence
This rural client came to us saying "Our yard has no personality" and wanted to "change our landscape from all lawn to more native plantings".
We created a design to add more designed garden beds around the house, and a native prairie area in the back fitted with multiple sitting areas and trails to explore.
In total this property will involve around 70,000 sqft of native prairie seeding and 2,000 sqft of designed mulch bed.
